The Catholic Date Night Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for The Catholic Date Night Membership (“Membership"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Found Together, governing your use of the Membership.

2. Membership Description

The Membership grants you access to our digital platform and its associated content for a period of one month from the date of purchase. Access includes a membership portal of episodes and resources, and whichever bonuses are described at the time of membership sign up.  Membership fees are set at $34 per month.

3. Annual Membership Option

Alternatively, you may choose the annual membership option, which grants you access for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. The annual membership fee is set at $326, offering a discounted rate compared to the monthly option. 

4. Payment and Billing

a. Monthly Membership: By selecting the monthly membership, you agree to pay the recurring monthly fee of $34. Your credit card or chosen payment method will be automatically charged each month on the same date as your initial sign-up date.

b. Annual Membership: If you opt for the annual membership, you agree to pay the full annual fee of $326 at the time of purchase. After the initial year, your membership will automatically renew for subsequent years at the prevailing annual fee unless canceled.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

a. Monthly Membership: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

b. Annual Membership: You may cancel your yearly membership at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the year.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to share, distribute, or otherwise make available your membership login credentials to any third party. You may share your login credentials with your spouse only. If this was purchased as a gift and you have notified Found Together of this arrangement, you may share login credentials with the gift recipient.

7. Content Usage

All content available through the Membership is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content without prior written consent from Found Together.

8. Changes to Terms and Membership

Found Together reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the digital platform. Your continued use of the Membership after such changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

10. Termination

Found Together reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Membership without notice for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any inappropriate use of the digital platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
